The purpose of this work is to study the structural and electronic properties of P-C3N 4 and P-Be3N2 crystalline compounds, by means of the Hartreee-Fock technique for periodic systems using computational methods. Besides, this will allow, in the future, collaboration with experimentalists in order to help in interpreting results by computer simulation of a solid or compound under study.metodoc3n P-C3N4 was theoreticaly proposed more than 10 years ago and there is still controversy if it has been sinthetized or not. In this work, by means of total energy calculations, we obtained lattice parameters, bulk modulus and its derivative, with results very similar either to former calculations under the functional density schenie or to available experimental data. Cohesion energy is subestimated while band gap and band width are overestimated. This is an intrinsic problem of the Hartree-Fock method, that comes from not including electronic correlation. In order to increase confidence on these results, since P-C3N4 was proposed based in the structure of P-Si3N4 and with a hardness similar to diamond, the well known crystalline compounds PSi3N4 and diamond were analized. Results confirm that P-C3N4 and diamond have similar hardness. P-Be3N2 is a relatively easy material to obtain, and our calculations confirm that it is stable and that its lattice parameters are well characterized. There are no experimental data on regards to its bulk modulus, cohesion energy, band structure, density of states, or charge density along its bondings, so our contribution becomes a prediction to stimulate experimental studies on this compound. The cylindrical body is made of durable metal instead of plastic for protection and efficient heat dissipation. On the front of the body there is a lens, two spotlights and two infrared lamps for shooting at night. Also in the case there is a microphone, a slot for a memory card and a button for resetting the device to factory settings. The camera connects to the network via Wi-Fi. To do this, there are antennas on the sides of the box to receive and transmit a signal. Even if the router is located far from the camera, it will maintain a stable connection. If the quality of the wireless connection leaves much to be desired, a twisted pair connection is possible, which comes with the kit. Near the antennas there is also an input for connecting a power supply from an outlet.
